A
one day orchestral playing workshop day
N.B.
Disabled access to all venues |
|
This
playing day will give you the chance to renew
your old skills or put new-found ones into practice
in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The
music has been chosen to give scope to players
of all abilities and will include the well known
Nimrod from Elgar’s Enigma
Variations and Eric Coates’ March
from the Three Elizabeths Suite. There
will also be items for wind band and string
orchestra and a double reed ensemble. The instrumental
parts will be sent out in advance of the course,
to give you time to get to grips with the notes
ahead of the day itself.
